We review profiles and moderate the community. We also publish clear safety guidelines about common warning signs. If you ever feel uncomfortable, you can report any member immediately using our Report a Concern feature.

Yes. You can block and report any member at any time from their profile page. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours.

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, one of the world's leading payment security companies. SilverCircle never stores, sees, or has access to your full card details.

Silver Premium ($19.99/month) includes up to 50 full profile unlocks per rolling 7-day period, expanded bios and profile photos, unlimited favorites, compatibility highlights, and access to all search filters.

Silver Unlimited ($34.99/month) includes everything in Silver Premium plus unlimited profile access, unlimited messaging, priority profile visibility, see who viewed your profile, a premium member badge, and full compatibility insights.

Yes, you can cancel at any time from your Membership & Billing page. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Silver Premium members can unlock up to 50 full profiles per 7-day period. Silver Unlimited members can unlock any number of profiles without restriction. Once you unlock a profile, it remains accessible in your unlocked list.

Messaging is available exclusively for Silver Unlimited members. Silver Premium and Free members can see the messaging interface but cannot send messages until upgrading.

Click the "Save to Favorites" button on any member's profile card or detail page. Your favorites are stored in your account and accessible any time from your dashboard.

Yes. You can edit your profile at any time from your dashboard. You can also request account deletion by visiting our Data Deletion Request page.
