SilverCircle Connections is available to adults who are 55 years of age or older and reside in the United States. You must be at least 18 years old. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate others or create misleading profiles.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm other members
• Post sexually explicit content
• Solicit money from other members
• Post false or misleading information
• Use the platform for commercial promotion without consent
• Attempt to circumvent security measures

4. Subscription Terms

Paid memberships are charged at the rates displayed on our Pricing page. Memberships are billed for the stated period (3 or 6 months). Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard.

5. Moderation Rights

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Membership fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

6. Disclaimer of Matchmaking Outcomes

SilverCircle provides a platform for members to connect. We do not guarantee any specific matchmaking outcomes, romantic connections, or relationship results. We are not responsible for the conduct of our members outside the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability
