Billing Explanation
SilverCircle memberships are billed as a single upfront payment for the selected billing period (3 months for Silver Premium, 6 months for Silver Unlimited). Your membership activates immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time from your Membership & Billing dashboard. Upon cancellation, your membership benefits remain active until the end of your current paid period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused days unless required by applicable law.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may consider refunds in cases of technical errors on our platform, duplicate charges, or other exceptional circumstances. Please contact us within 7 days of your purchase if you believe you are entitled to a refund.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with your account email, order details, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
